Fontana Pubblica

The fountain, situated initially at the exit from Porta della Torre, is a veritable testimony of passing time. It was used from the early decades of the 20th century by the citizens of Monterotondo Marittimo who were lucky enough to have water supplies close to home without having to move to distant places that were difficult to reach. The small piazza containing the fountain, called Piazza Donatori del Sangue, is very characteristic and marks the entry point to a small and charming street called “Via Bramasole”.
