Casello Idraulico

Hydraulic tollgate built to house the employees who controlled the land reclamation operations in the 19thcentury. Situated in Via Roma, it has a rectangular shape and a single central turret an element common to all tollgates present in Tuscany. Home to several of the city’s municipal offices, the building also features a large cast-iron spiral staircase which leads directly to the tower and the panoramic terrace. In the back, possibility to admire a large garden with exhibition hall.
