Here, at the document centre, the visitor can embark on a journey into the past: starting from the cellar, designed by Renzo Piano, with the barrels arranged in a way to remember a Roman amphitheatre, the experience continues with a wine tasting session served with the addition of spices as at the time of the Etruscans; the session culminates with other tastings of local wines of Frassinello. Furthermore, during the visit to the halls designated as documentation centre it is possible to admire the primary finds from the Etruscan Necropolis of San Germano.
